Nèha Madhok

Nèha (they/them) brings over 15 years of experience in Australian political campaigning and is driven by the power of grassroots organising to win tangible outcomes for social justice. They are the former National Director of Democracy in Colour and have worked across the progressive landscape, from grassroots organisations to union campaigns and electoral politics.

Naomi Hogan

Naomi (she/her) has worked with regional communities, Traditional Custodians and farming groups on the frontline of proposed new fracking gas fields and open cut coal mines. Currently working with global investors to help drive decarbonisation across heavy-emitting sectors, she has trained in science communication, climate science and natural resource management. She brings experience in campaigning, community organising, strategy, facilitation, and media.

Jaime (she/her) is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Central West NSW with 27 years of financial and business management experience in the healthcare sector and most recently joining education at a Special Assistance School. A CPA based in Bathurst, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, accounting, corporate services, and leadership across not-for-profit, government, and commercial organisations. Passionate about improving access to wellness and education in rural and remote communities, Jaime serves on several community boards, advocating for culturally safe practices and Closing the Gap initiatives. She is committed to empowering women—especially in leadership—and championing the wellbeing of women and children.

Melanie (she/her) is an experienced senior finance executive in the international not-for-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from St Anne's College, Oxford University. With expertise spanning both advisory and operational roles, Melanie brings strong financial leadership and strategic thinking to our governance.

Te Raukura (they/them) is Māori and Irish from Te Ātiawa, Ngāruahine, Ngāpuhi, Te Rarawa, Ngāti Whakaue and County Kerry. As a campaigner, organiser, strategist, facilitator and trainer with over 15 years of experience at ActionStation, Youth Movement Fund Aotearoa, Foundation for Young Australians, Tauiwi Tautoko, JustSpeak, RockEnrol and more, they bring extensive movement leadership.
Lisa Viliamu Jameson

DIRECTOR, FIRST NATIONS & PASIFIKA SOLIDARITY

Lisa (she/her) is a Sāmoan Australian community campaigner and the co-founder and creative director of ‘Conscious Mic,’ a collective of artists, cultural practitioners and creative producers based in Brisbane who identify as Indigenous, Pacific Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse.

OUR ISLANDS, OUR HOME CULTURAL LEAD

Yessie (he/him) is a Zenadth Kes Masig man, living in the Kulkalgal tribe area in the Central Torres Strait Islands. As a Traditional Owner, father, artist and craftsman, he is a #TorresStrait8 claimant in the human rights complaint to the United Nations over climate change, and brings deep cultural wisdom and frontline climate justice experience to his leadership.
Waniki Alofipo

OUR ISLANDS, OUR HOME LEAD ORGANISER
Waniki (she/her) a Zenadth Kes and Papuan storyteller and organiser. She leads community organising and storytelling to amplify Torres Strait Islander voices on the frontlines of climate change. Her work is grounded in culture, community and the power of storytelling. Motherhood has deepened her advocacy purpose, shaping how she fights, creates and works towards a just and liveable future.
Mary Maselina Harm

SENIOR ORGANISER, FIRST NATIONS & PASIFIKA SOLIDARITY
Mary (she/her) is a proud Samoan/Chinese-Fijian born in Canada and raised on Turrbal country, north of the Brisbane River. Passionate about the power of storytelling in creating social change, she currently serves as an organiser with 350 Australia, working with First Nations and frontline communities across the Pacific Region. Mary is also the co-founder of Future Ancestors, an initiative committed to nurturing Pacific Island young people into high level decision making spaces. Her heartwork at the grassroots is grounded in culture, community and story.
Kelly Albion

CLIMATE JUSTICE COALITION CO-CONVENOR

Kelly (they/them) has been a climate activist since they were in high school, and joined 350 in November 2019 with a fire in their belly to take on the fossil fuel lobby. Previously they were building a generation-wide movement to solve the climate crisis at the Australian Youth Climate Coalition in various roles including campaigns, communications and schools - they are currently the chair of the AYCC board.
Amy Gordon

CLIMATE JUSTICE COALITION CO-CONVENOR
Amy (she/her) is a Gooreng Gooreng woman. She is the former Campaigns, Referendum and First Nations Justice Director at GetUp! Prior to that Amy was organising in the United States working on refugee rights. Amy has spent the last 15 years working on climate and First Nations Justice. She is currently on the board of the Australian Youth Climate Coalition as well as the board of a local community childcare centre.
Ken Matahari

SENIOR ORGANISER, COMMUNITY CAMPAIGNS
Ken (he/him) made the journey into climate activism after the devastating 2019-2020 bushfire season, which made him realise climate impacts are already affecting our lives. Motivated to turn anxiety into collective action, he transitioned from a 12+ year career in human rights advocacy to climate. Since then, he has organised and mobilised hundreds of volunteers and activists across Australia to campaign for a climate-safe future.
Lavanya Pant

SENIOR ORGANISER, FIRST NATIONS & MULTICULTURAL SOLIDARITY
Lavanya (she/her) is passionate about building community for the long haul. She believes people must have support and social connections to feel empowered, resilient and joyful in sustaining activism and fighting for justice. Getting her first taste for activism as coordinator for the Nobel Peace Ride for the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons and inspired by the anti-nuclear movement in Australia, Lavanya brings electoral and community organising experience from GetUp, Colour Code and Environment Victoria. She loves camping and cooking with friends and family.
Shani Tager

SENIOR CAMPAIGNER, FOSSIL FREE FUTURES
Shani (she/her) brings over ten years of experience working on campaigns to move Australia away from coal and gas and turbocharge renewable energy. She has worked alongside frontline communities to stop coal and gas projects and cut billions in public subsidies to fossil fuel industries. Shani loves celebrating people-powered wins and chasing after her toddler on bush tracks, bringing both strategic campaign expertise and grassroots organising skills to fossil fuel resistance work.
